After this in the year 2013-2014 approved and registered under Wealth Tax act 1957 under rule 34 AB .Also Empannelled with Various Govt Banks e g S.B.I ,Bank of Maharashtra,Bank of India,Punjab National Bank, HSIIDC,DSIIDC & other Pvt.Financies as a regular valuer for mortgage and under surface act 2016.
